Closing Documents: We regularly prepare all forms of documentation for residential and commercial real estate transactions representing buyers, sellers and lenders. Documents regularly prepared by our office include Agreements of Sale, Deeds, Bills of Sale, Mortgages, Notes, Security Agreements and Settlement Statements.

Title Searches: Our in house Abstractors search real estate titles in Tioga and surrounding counties. The firm is a licensed title agent for two (2) title companies, Stewart Title Guaranty Company and First American Title Insurance Company. The attorneys are also approved for Chicago Title. We also offer Attorney Certificates of Title at a lesser cost than Title Insurance.

Limited Liens: We perform limited lien searches for various financial institutions.

Leases: We prepare commercial and residential lease agreements on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants. We also review oil and gas leases on behalf of landowners.
